We want you to love your Timex timepiece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased on our website. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label, which will be sent to your email address or available for immediate download.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the printed return authorization form.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
